Starpower Problem, Please Fix |

The only problem I have with this product is you can't activate starpower while either holding down the Green or Orange button.
TAC Note : The Select+Green and Select+Orange is designed to simulate Left and Right button on the D-Pad. Star Power can be activated by tilting the guitar upwards or just pressing the Select button alone.

Doesn't Work on GH2 on PS3 |

The whole reason I bought this was to play GH2 on my PS3. It does not work on GH2, and they should make this more obvious on this website.
Works great in Rock Band on PS3, but thats not why I bought it.

I have been waiting for an adapter like this to come out. I have the flying V guitar that I used on the PS2. Now with this adapter I can use my old wireless guitar on the PS3 on RockBand and GH. Awesome job guys. Now if they only made a guitar for us lefties.

This converter works absolutly perfect! for GHIII and Rock Band, but I tried testing it out on DDR for the PS2 and sometimes, the Up and Down buttons dont register, but otherwize, it is playable
needlesstosay, if it was fully DDR compatible, I would have given this converter a 5 stars.
I would still highly recommend this converter to anybody though :) This is the best one out on the market by far!

Perfect for GH3 and Rock Band |

This adapter is fantastic and works perfectly for GH3 and Rock Band.
Of the three SGs I own, only the one that came with GHII works. The other two SGs from the original GHI didn't register at all.
The LED controller indicator light only works when switched to the GH position.
GHI on PS3 has problems. HOs and POs work, but notes drop, cut off and are out of sync.
7 dollars for shipping and handling but no padding. My adapter arrived cracked. 25 cents worth of padding could have prevented this.
My order took 10 days to arrive USPS Priority. I could not track because the number from TAC was different from the one on the package. Customer service blamed USPS' for not updating their website. I would give the shipping experience 2 stars.
Overall a great product. Here is to hoping the great minds at TAC get the constraints with GH II and 80s edition worked out for a future PS2 to PS3 adapter.
